Work Package Seven aims at:

Coordinate stakeholders

Identify, map, engage, and coordinate relevant stakeholders.

Communicate activities and results

Efficiently communicate and disseminate project activities and results among all stakeholders and users on an African, European, and international level, including the wider public, to promote visibility of the CTCAN network and the CTC platform.

Engage stakeholders

Continually engage relevant stakeholders and target audiences to ensure user requirements are met and developments are visible and well understood, to generate and maintain stakeholders’ interest, favour, and uptake of the CTCAN initiatives.

Business plan for sustainability

Build a business plan to ensure network sustainability and optimal exploitation of project results.

Share knowledge

Establish a sponsor forum for knowledge sharing.

Description of Work

What and Why

  • To develop a business plan and roadmap in collaboration with key African stakeholders to sustainably ensure the continuity and impact of the CTC platform, the CTCAN network, and the clinical trial preparedness framework, and bringing more clinical trials to Africa, including trials addressing disease outbreaks. This WP will also raise awareness on the CTCAN and the CTC platform and increase visibility to the wider community of stakeholders.This WP will involve representatives from African regulatory agencies, international agencies such as the European Medicines Agency (EMA), pharmaceutical industry, and patient organisation.

 

Goals
