Project Management & Oversight
Work Package One deals with all the overall management and coordination activities including:
Project coordination
Establish committees (governance structure) for day-to-day management and scientific and technical coordination, as well as guidelines for their operation.
Administrative and financial management
Set-up administrative and financial reporting guidelines, monitor and deliver necessary reports.
Management of risks and compliance
Handle risks and legal aspects in compliance with regulations.
Description of Work
What and Why

Manage the progress of the overall project including the feedback to the European Commission based on the progress of the respective work packages and allocated budget.
Goals
-
Effective communication and interaction between partners, and coordination of the planned work.

Provide support to planning of consortium meetings, compilation of internal bi-annual progress reports (including reports to EC), monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Activities

Task 1.1: Establish committees (governance structure) for day-to-day management and scientific and technical coordination, as well as guidelines for their operation.
