What and Why

• Manage the progress of the overall project including the feedback to the European Commission based on the progress of the respective work packages and allocated budget.

 
Goals

• Effective communication and interaction between partners, and coordination of the planned work. 

• Provide support to planning of consortium meetings, compilation of internal bi-annual progress reports (including reports to EC), monitoring progress and implementing corrective actions where necessary.

Activities

• Task 1.1: Establish committees (governance structure) for day-to-day management and scientific and technical coordination, as well as guidelines for their operation.

• Task 1.2 : Set-up administrative and financial reporting guidelines, monitor and deliver necessary reports.

• Task 1.3 : Handle risks and legal aspects in compliance with regulations.

Expected Outcomes

• Successful delivery of all work packages.

• Transparent, and on-time reporting to the European Commission.
